after i updated my 5530 when i am in the homescreen the green button doesn't work and i have to go through the menu to the dial pad also the contacts and telephone buttons on the screen don't work and the shortcuts don't apear and when i touch them nothing happens and i see only their shadow.. plsss heelpp i have already reinstaled the software but nothing happensss what to doo??
