I tried to change the battery by taking it out and then i put the other battery which is not a new battery, but i was going to see if it would hold the charge longer than the other because the other one would not hold charge. So I put the new battery in and then i put my charger in and tried to turn it on and all my icons went away and my home picture became fuzzy and I tried to turn it off but it wouldn't so i took the charger and the battery out and put the old battery in and then instead of seeing my home picture slightly fuzzy i just had a fuzzy screen. so i took the battery out and put in only the charger and it would turn on automatically to the fuzzy screen. I think it is stuck and I looked for a reset button but there isn't one that i found. What can i do I need help please this has all my contacts and important photos and import info on it!!!
