i have a problem with my boost mobile cell help!!!!!!?

Ok well i had the boost mobile clutch i465 (iden series)
just got my new boost phone yesterday the
sanyo incognito (cdma series) and my problem is that
i send text messages and it say's it sent but the people
i text don't get the text messages at all and i don't know why?
someone help please
