My car hood open. I tried de-icer on it and just re-freezes, tried dw40, hair dryer, i even tried jumping on the hood while someone pulling the latch. My car is dead so can't bring it to a heated garage to unthaw and it also Sunday so no garage is open and don't know anyone that has a heated garage and tow it there. Any other suggestions please help.
