I have a philips 32pfl3505d tv, and it wont turn on.?

I have a philips 32pfl3505d tv, and it wont turn on. The power (white) light comes on for about 3 seconds, then it shows the philips logo and powers off. This started happen after dip in the electrical supply. Someone please help
