I had a dispute filed against me on paypal over a phone i sold on ebay but couldnt ship it because i couldnt get things worked out with the other cell phone company. I sold it for $384 and paypal done something to make the account negative $384 and i just put the money in there to cover that. Does that mean they refunded the guys money until I could pay paypal back?
