I have a Panasonic SDR-S26 and I am looking to time-lapse. HELP!?

I have a Panasonic SDR-S26 and I am looking to time-lapse videos with it to create a video for a piece of self-composed music. I understand that I may need an intervalometer or specialist software, but I have a budget of around £200/$300. Please help me!

P.s. I have Adobe Premiere Pro and CyberLink Power Director 7.
