visit the panasonic site on the web. I had a problem with a 1500 w Sony inverter.. a question/answer on the web said to let it sit over night and then start from the beginning (not easy if you do not have a book)
I no longer have the microwave or book as sold then when moving...good luck.
 
The information is in support section of the Panasonic web site. The procedure seems to vary between different models, so you will need to have the model number. Hope this helps you out.
