...bulges out of my rib cage.? This stared when I was pregnant 5 years ago. I get this bulge from above my right rib cage like 5 times a year when I strain or bend a weird way. I can push it back in but it KILLS me for a couple days later. It's super tender to the touch and hurts when I cough! Please help
