I had a problem where my laptop froze so i had to turn it off, now when i turn it on it comes up with that windows did not start successfully a recent hardware or software change might have caused this. I have tried to start it normally, with safe mode option and also last known good configuration but it starts to load the xp but goes back to the same page, can anyone help?
