I have a Packard bell IMEDIA X2416..........?

I have a packard bell imedia x2416 and i went onto the packard website to download some drivers as my sound is not working, But it ask for the Product family wich is a desktop then asks for you to select the product line which would be IMEDIA im guessing but then it gives you a list of product models eg. iMedia (PT.U07-PV.U07). None of these match mine wich i think is X2416 as it says on my computer thats the name of the model... can anyone help me in what im too choose?
