I have a nokia N86 and iWant to connet it to my loptop whit WLAN How can i do that?

I tried to setup whit "setup a wireless adhoc network" my cellphone can connet to network but no data is transferted between cellphone and computer but a very littel ( about 200 byte!!!)
also i can use Wlannetwork in public plase but i want to setup my own network.
i dont want to go such palce evey time that i need high speed internnet
