I have a Nokia 6210 Nav,& want to ask why the envelope sign keeps

I have the same phone but had mine for at least 6-9 months and this hasn't happened to me, your best bet is to take it into a nokia repair centre or the place where you bought your phone from and see what they can do to help you considering that you only bought your mobile phone last week is should still under warrenty.
