get customers to sign? so essentially i have a business where i provide a service to customers. they pay a $100 deposit and then once i complete my service the costomer will ten owe me more money. i want to somehow specify in a variable template contract that i can use with all customers, the reasons on which they will owe me certain monies i the future once i pass certain performance hurdles.
customers are willing to sign and i will feel much better about collecting my money then.
