I have a nasty roommate?

First I had 3 roommates who did nothing but smoke weed every 3 hours, and now I have a roommate who not only leaves his pubes in the bathroom everywhere, but also farts all the time and smells. He just farted a couple of minutes ago and I'm sitting a couple of feet away from him. Would it make me picky to ask for another room transfer ? All I want is a roommate who isn't a complete slob and doesn't do illegal drugs
