I have a motorola w755 and cannot send or receive picture messages.?

There is nothing blocked saying that I can't send or receive picture messages. Verizon told me that everything was fine with my account and their network... I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!???!!! Can someone please help me???!????!??
