...what the phone is called...? I'll turn my phone on and as long as the phone is locked it's fine, except that my text messages won't send, and I am not receiving texts.When I unlock the phone and go to the menu, the phone restarts within seconds on unlocking it. What is wrong with it?! I've had the phone for like two weeks. Is there anything I can try to fix it myself before taking it to the Verizon store AGAIN?
As you recall, I can't unlock my phone without it restarting, so I can't really restore it to default. lol
