I have ntelos wireless (phone carrier). I've called continously over this and they have yet to fix the problem. I'm debating whether I should call and say, "hey, if you don't fix this, then I want my phone shutoff until you can fix this. It's been half a week and I still don't get any signal in my own home, and I never had a problem before. I've even went to an Ntelos store and they did the same thing they did over the phone, reset it. What should I do? I need some advice.
