i have a mother in law that is like Marie for the show Everyone loves Raymond?

What should I do? She is a mess, and never wants to get mad at my husband or kids it aways me! She put it out on me so that kids or hubby does not pay! I'm not kidding is has been like that for 16 years and i think it is worse than that marie from the show "everyone loves raymond"!
 
I know its hard to put up with mother in laws but remeber thats her baby, just like your are yours. She old and set in her ways, she not going to change. If anytghing your husband should be fighting your battle if its his family.
