I have a model FM 400 P fogger from He Shan Lide Electronics and it will not turn on.?

I do not have the original box or any instructions and when I put the solution in and plug it in..nothing happens. I did see another person had the same problem and the solution was to press an "O" button then an "I" button... and a light comes on..but I do not see any buttons or lights..
Am I missing something? Please assist. Thank you fellow Foggers !!

I have the same machine.. Mine came with a remote control. It wll not blow any fog without the remote being connected to the back of machine. This remote is what has the "0" and "l" on it. When fogger is plugged into power sorce and the remote is connected to fogger then the light on the remote will indicate that the machine has warmed up and it is now time to flip the switch from "0" to "l" and fog will then be produced. It should fog around 2 mins. and then it will cycle through again. Hope this helps..
