I have a mobile home and need to replace my air conditing/heating system?

I have been told I need a special type of unit because it is a mobile home. What I have now is a package gas unit. Something about static? I do not understand. Will someone tell me the truth as to what I need? It is a 14'x80' mobile home. Thank you!
