...LEAKING FROM HOSES,NOTHING? STRANGE IN COLOR OF SMOKE COMING OUT THE TAIL PIPE.THE TEMP GAUGE GOES UP TO HIGH WHEN IT HEATS UP BUT THEN IT SETTLES BACK TO NORMAL,ANY IDEAS?
Sounds like you've got a leak somewhere in the engine, the coolant is leaking into the chambers and being evaporated so that's why the strange smoke. Head gasket leak is a common cause.
Check your oil, if you see some coolant there that confirms it as well. Unfortunately, its costly to do the repair, and it sounds like the leak is too much to try those coolant sealant liquids that you see in auto stores.
Check your oil level. Possibly a bad head gasket is allowing coolant into the engine. If the oil on the dip-stick appears milky, then a head gasket is probably blown. Your V-6 engine has 2 of those though.
