i have a mazda 6s, looking for more hp. K&N vs CAI.?

I am adding a new exhaust.

thinking about the air filter. I have a K&N on there right now. but thinking a CAI would be better, but basically a cheap 60 $ one.

Anything else to get more HP besides a power chip?? not looking to do heavy mods that i cant undo once i decide i want to sell the car?
