I have a macbook. I want to install vista ultimate 86 on it via boot camp.?

Now when i am on the vista installation screen, it says that boot camp partitioned my partition as a fat32, but i need ntfs to install vista ultimate. is there any way i can install vista ultimate on fat32. If not then what version of vista can i install on fat32.
 
No, you cannot install any version of Vista on a Fat32 partition. You must have partitioned it has a NTFS. Bad move on your part. Should have read manual better.
