i have a lot of peeling skin on my palms, does anyone know what it could be?

its on both palms and it itches a lot and i cant seem to find anything about it on the internet.

it started as little white bubbles(kinda like blisters but a bunch of little tiny ones) under my skin and they itched so itched them and now their is a big circle of dead peeling skin on both of my palms.
i realize its dead skin but it wont go away its been their for all most a month now
