it dosent work? i have a lenovo r61 thinkpad and on my screen i have a bluetooth logo, but i do not have the drivers so please can i have the blue tooth one that will make it work

i have blue toothed on my laptop before but when it broke the blue-tooth driver did not work.
my oporating system is windows xp
