I know a person who has recently got arrested for possession of dangerous drugs & use of dangerous drugs, also dangerous drugs with an unborn child...She had the case dismissed with out prejudice! How can this happen? I dont know the whole story but I know she is a wicked person & a manipulator..how can this be dismissed so easily?
I have a law question about harsh charges just getting dismissed?
