Not sure about if they'll still make you take it or not, but if they do make you take it and you fail, even though you might've gotten the job already, they do have every right to fire you.

...still going to make me take it? Basically what I am trying to say is I got the job its just that if I don't pass the drug test that I still need to take the can reject me from being hired right?

They more than likely will be having you take the test during your orientation. If you just want to get it done and over with just mention to someone that you need to use the restroom and should take the test then!
