i have a jeep that seems to be stuck in drive even in park it jumps a littel

bit forward.can you help? i was doing a littel off roading nothing huge. i have a jeep y not. but the next time i tried to reverse it does nothing but start to jump forward alittel bit, same with park. it also stalls wil shifting in between. it also doesnt wat to go in to 4wheel drive but that my be when in nuetral it drives as in drive.

what could this be? thanks for any help
just wee littel bump but i did have three 300 plus guys in the car.sooo
