...end area. what could this be? I took it to a shop and they are saying the entire rear end is going bad and they have to replace everything. I would like other advise before i pay for a new rear end
yes i agree with first answer. could be rust in the brake drum too. get another opinion. A rearend rebuild is quite expensive. a junk yard unit may be more cost effective
That's very possible. But they need to open it up to know what the exact problem is. It could also be a ujoint but they should have seen that right off. Get a second opinion.
