that wouldn't be a bad trade if you knew the ram was in good shape,but id check the ram out real good because its a lot more expensive to repair than the jeep is,the thing you need to watch on the v-8 rams is the timing chain and gears ,if they haven't been changed and it has at least around 130-150 thousand miles on it they need to be changed real soon,or else it will jump timing,the other con on trading it will be the loss of gas mileage,you wont get what the jeep is getting right now,if you can get a good even trade though it wouldn't be a bad deal,good luck.
