I have a .html file and i want to turn the website into a giant jpeg, how do i do this?

I just want to turn my website into a giant pictures
I'm trying to take my webpage and turn it into a picture for offline use so it would just be a long, jpeg i can use and just scroll from top to bottom using any picture viewer. I'm not trying to edit the website at all just make a giant picture of it for offline and other uses
