i have a honda prelude and having problems with the battery.?

my battery is 3 years old. and i got it charged at auto zone. i put it back in the car and the next day it was dead?? my alternator was checked and they said it was GOOD!? so why does it keep dying??

bad battery? i also have a kill switch with is connected to my starter? do you think the kill switch has sumthing to do with my battery going out or is it just old and i need a new battery?
 
Look for anything that may be staying on while the cars off. One I've seen a couple a times is the light inside the trunk will stay on even though the trunks closed and it kills the battery. Hidden stuff or places in the car you don't visit daily, take a look and see if anything is staying on that may drain the battery.
 
i had the same problem, i took it to autozone and they said the battery and alternator was good but it kept dieing on me and as it turns out it was my car alarm that was killing it so idk get someone to check it for you
