i have a HONDA CIVIC 2000 dx and it pull to the right?

can bad ROTORS make your car pull to the right and left b/c when i hit the brake it pull to the right or left when i just driving it pull to the right and i have new rims and tire and i got a wheel alignment done and it pull to the right real hard
