i have a honda civic 1996 two doors...need help with stereo?

today i installed my new stereo into my car which i got from walmart and as i plugged everything back in it was working just fine no problems at all. i remembered that i forgot to plug in the a/c harness and as i was pluggin it in the horn went of out of no where( some wire was pulled or somin not sure), i put it back together but then it wasnt working...i checked all the fuses and they are all fine... i just dont know wat happened some nice advice will be really appreciated..thnx for all the answers
