flashing it, and sodering? I have a Hitachi 47 dvd drive for my xbox 360 is there anything special about flashing it, or do i just us that slax cd? please help
 
Nothing special about it.

I heard it's a little harder to crack because it's a older drive. I take it you've had it maybe around 05? maybe 06?

If someone is having a hard time flashing it, you could always get a replacement drive on ebay for like $40 bucks. If not the person doing it has to flash it under "doss" something like that.

It's possible to get it flashed, but takes longer to do.
