I have a Hinari lifestyle dishwasher that keeps blowing the main fuse?

basically I think it's the heater element, how can I test it??
If this is at fault where can I get i get one from?
 
Quck, easy test of the element, take off the bottom panel, unplug the wires going to the element, leaving everything else in tact, then try it out through a cycle and see if it still does it. Or part of a cycle just depending on how often it blows it
