I have a high cardio lifestyle, but i want to build muscle how do i do this?

I do capoeira about 5 times a week for, an hour each day, so i burn a lot of calories naturally. I want to gain muscle mass though and gain about 10lbs. If I lift weights about 5 times a week for an hour and take protein supplements and eat more of the healthy foods is it possible for me to gain any muscle?
