I have A head ank when I try to let my hair long?

See every time I would want to let my hair grow to my ears I would start getting A head ank. See right now my head ank and I do have my hair past my ears.but when I get A hair cut my head ank goes away. So is there way to make that head ank goes away. so I can sleep A lot better . Oh sorry about my spelling see I am still using my cell phone ok
