i have a google android touch and i think it is broken please help?

when i turn it on all it does is show the dancing green guy and then turn off it keeps doing this what is wrong with it

I would say that out might not be program?ed properly.you have a one year return polocy on the phone. Take our back to the place of purchase and let the techs look at it.
