situation occurs. It's irrational, repetitive and is an attempt to control the other person, and it's embarrassing. He says there is only "one" situation. He says it's ocd but not a problem for him. I see it's a problem for me and for the public. I sense that if there is one problem or embarrassing situation there may be more hidden ones. He says it's not bad enough to get fixed. He says his controlling should be listened to and that if not then it's considered disrespect. What are your thoughts on this?

I don't see how his symptoms fit OCD but I'm not a doctor. No illness is an excuse to be rude. He should see a psychologist and talk about it and perhaps take medication. Prozac is a drug of choice for OCD.
