The door handle on the inside of the passenger door has broken. I took the door panel apart and found the plastic had broken that holds the linkage rod to open the door.
My question is how can you replace just the door handle assembly? And just the door handle assy? It seems to be plastic riveted or melted to the door panel.. Making it look like the whole door panel has to be replaced. Is there a way to just replace this part? Or is what I'm seeing right and you either have to have a plastic weld kit? Or replace the whole door panel?
