9 times out of 10 the phone is out of service for non pay or he has changed numbers or he may be having a problem with his phone you may want to try to contact him via facebook or online or something to see what the problem is or if you know where he lives go to his house
Janice. It could be...he's talking..he has it on, but not using it (so as not to be disturbed etc. Why not do a test and wait for him to call you. Perhaps he has a thing about too many phone calls, who knows? Right? If it's sut off, all you have to do is dial 411 and report what you have told us..They will know if it's turned off, or just not working etc....Hope my suggestions help.
