I have a ford mondeo 2001 diesel my head lights and full beam wont work?

my head lights and full beam wont work they have seperate bulbs for the head lights and full beam. i have checked the bulbs and are ok the next to try is the fuses and have been told there is a relay to check not sure where it is ,would presume it is next to the fuse box .anyone else had this problem .if anyone as any other ideas please help
 
If the high beam warning lamp works, try fuse 30 in the engine bay fuse box (50 amp)
Otherwise, try fuse 15 (15a) in the main fusebox.
If both are OK, it'll be a problem with either the light switch, column stalk, or the headlamp relay.
