...the wiperes are turned on help!!? Ihave a ford galaxy which make a sound that is like a helicopter near by but it stops when the wipers are turned on & starts again when turned of, tried to replace the relay but found that there is an empty place & no wiring where manual say wiper relay should be! Can anyone help?!!!!
