I have a ford focus cmax since i had it serviced it seems to have cough n splutter.?

when i'm driving along, moving up through my gears, when i get up to third gear it kind of jolts n then goes ok. This only startet after i got my car back from a full service. any ideas what it could be?
yeah its petrol.yep it had new spark plugs. it just seems to kind of go jolty as i am drivin..usualy in 3rd gear n then goes ok once i get into 4th n 5th...so could it be a spark plug then?
 
Could it be flu? i hear its on its rounds!!

Try having an early night with some red x
