i have no off side lights at all no horn, no hazards and my back wiper dosent work i have checked the obvious but had no luck. any ideas thanx

You claimed to have checked the obvious, so I assume that you have checked the fuse. What you are describing sounds like there is an electrical fault within the steering wheel housing. Try looking on ebay for a new indercator and windscreen wiper stalk, they come as a complete set and may help, if they dont, then you have a new set anyway.

Good luck

Does you're steering wheel sound like its grinding or rubbing? If so the contact ring in side fir the horn is shot. You will need to locate a replacement or rewire the horn. As for the lights, replacement of the signal and hazard switch assembly will likely resolve the issue. with the back wiper, you will want to check to see if it's getting power back to the motor, if not I would look an see if the switch is bad (Most common problem) is power is getting back to the motor, it's a bad motor. You will need a volt meter to see if you’re getting power back to the motor. You can pick them up at your automotive parts center, Sears, Wal-Mart, or any home improvement center. They run anywhere from 15 to 300 dollars depending on what you want it to do. Hope this helps. Thanks.
