I have a fish tank problem?

My mom had a pretty big tank, but we needed to bet another pump. My mom put the suction cups on and it cracked my tank. She found water all over the floor and we had to get a new tank for our 7 fish. Luckley i found a tank on the side of the road. In the tank, i found, rocks, sculptures, plastic plants, fish food and a backround picture.
 
What exactly is the problem? There aren't any questions in that whole statement! If you are planning on using the new tank, don't! No until you have thoroughly sterilized it with boiling water. You will need to soak the rocks, ornaments and plants in boiling water too, and rinse out the tank several, several, several times with boiling water! It's been sitting outside on the ground so you don't know what sort of diseases are in it, and you'll be putting your fish at risk if you don't thoroughly clean it before using it.
