...and by whom? It depicts the 3 firefighters hoisting the flag after 9/11 and the other side shows the firefighter sitting resting hi head between his knees with 2 angles on either side of him. The inside of the helmet is blue, but the outside is candy apple red. The name painted is Artisto. Also how many of these helmets were created? Thank you.
