Your daughter does not have the authority to "get him off the loan." Only the lender does and it's highly doubtful they will agree to that.
 
...and she has been paying? it but now he wants the loan to be out of his name and just in her name is there anyway she can do it because its to much drama it was a student loan
 
they need to go to the bank or where ever they got the loan it may be a problem if your daughter cant get a loan on her own and may need another co signer. have her check with the bank and Both of them may have to sign something if it actually can be done. sorry I wasn't more help

His problem is with the lender, not your daughter. That's who he has the contract with. If he wants off, he needs to convince them, not her. This is one of the reasons that no one should ever co-sign for anyone.
